Terms of Service at Mokosh Wrap

Shipping
Goods are shipped within three work days of purchase. Customer covers shipping costs according to
tariffs of the Russian Post or EMS Russian Post in case the customer expressed in writing a wish to get
courier service. Each package sent is fully insured and has a tracking number that is given to a customer
upon request.
Returns
In case goods received have a defect, a weaving flaw or other substantial faults the seller can offer a full
or partial refund. Should the customer consider the defects safe for further use, he/she can send the
seller a full description of the flaws, and after reviewing them a compensation will be paid in the amount
standing for the difference between the price of the first and second grade.
When significant flaws or defects of a wrap/ring sling that affect babywearing safety are in place, the
customer sends the goods back to the seller in the unwashed and unworn condition receiving a full
refund of the goods price and all postal expenses.
Customer has a right to return non-defective goods to the seller in case they have not been worn or
washed and are being returned within one week of receipt. The price of goods will be reimbursed in full,
but not postal charges.
Reimbursement is carried out after the goods are received at the seller’s warehouse and the condition
of the returned goods has been inspected. The money is always paid back to the same means of
payment that the customer used when making the purchase (PayPal account, bank card, etc.).
Participation in draws, lotteries, new products testing
Making a decision to participate in a contest/lottery/test one automatically expresses an agreement to
its rules. Any photos presented by a customer during the event can be used by the manufacturer for
advertising or educational purposes.
Testing candidates can be refused participation without stating a reason. Approved testers are obliged
to inspect a wrap/ring sling upon arrival and inform the manufacturer of any discovered faults; they are
to treat a wrap/RS with care during the test, and follow it by a report with photos that is to be published
in any two babywearing communities of tester’s choice. The test wrap should be dispatched to the next
address without a delay with an agreed insurance value and tracking.
